Lisa Marie J. Police have made a major drug discovery in Idaho Falls after authorities seized 19 pounds of marijuana. Two men were arrested and a weapon and methamphetamine paraphernalia were seized. The state police announced that two people were arrested after officers discovered a large amount of methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana and other drugs at a traffic stop in Boise, Idaho, near Falls. The men, identified as 23-year-old Michael Thomas of Boise and 24-year-old Michael D. Smith Jr. of Lewiston, were taken into custody on charges of human trafficking.
He is one of only two lawyers qualified by the Supreme Court to defend the death penalty and recognized by the association. He currently practices in Lewiston and has taken on cases in North Idaho and was on the record as a lawyer from 2013 to 2016.
